Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

BuyPerfumesOnline.in wishes that you never have to cancel an order or return any product. But, we would be there to assist you whenever you need us due to certain circumstances. 

Not satisfied with product authenticity?


We know what we are selling! Dealing only in 100% authentic products we know that you will never complain about authenticity, but in case a customer complains about the authenticity we will be happy to refund on priority basis with in 72 hours of after receiving the product with out any hassles.

You just have to inform us through email info@BuyPerfumesOnline.in) and share detailed images of product with invoice copy submit product return through the website, rest we will manage.

In case customer has to ship the product back to us the courier charges (Maximum Upto Rs. 100) will be refunded and proof of dispatch has to be shared with amount reflecting.


Shipping Not Done: Order which has not been shipped can be cancelled. In case of a prepaid order the amount will be refunded automatically or after a call and should reflect in your account within 3-5 working days.


Damaged Product on receipt: Though we take utmost all possible measure while packaging to make sure  that the product reaches you in its best condition or as good as you saw it on the website. As an ecommerce facilitating company we have to tie up with different third party servicing agencies to deliver to you  at your home or office, while in transit there are rare case of damages, do inform us in 3 days of receiving the same and we will be happy to assist you with an exchange or refund.

Incorrect items received: Delivering you the right product is our duty and we try 3 level check before dispatch to make sure that parcel  has exactly same product what you have paid for, in case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will have the incorrect items picked up from your house and we will also be shipping the right items to you at the earliest (dispatch of the item will be done once the faulty product has been received in unused and sealed condition). in case reversal pickup is not available and customer has to ship the product back to us, the courier charges (Maximum Upto Rs. 100) will be refunded and proof of dispatch has to be shared with amount reflecting.
